Ghana Actress Habiba Sinare has sued a lady known as Saajida Shiraz for GH¢5 million over defamation of character.
In a court document that has surfaced online, Saajida Shiraz has been served a writ of summon to appear in court to defend herself.
According to the writ of summons sighted by bibinionline.com on various social media platforms, the writ for Saajida Shiraz was filed on April 13, 2023.
The document stated that the defendant had eight days to respond to the allegations made against her by the actress.
However, it has been purported that Habiba Sinare is suing Saajida Shiraz for GH¢5 million in damages.
