The Ghana Education Service (GES) has directed all senior high and technical schools across the country to close for the 2023 Easter break tomorrow, Thursday, April 6.
This was announced by the GES through a letter to all Regional Directors of Education on Tuesday.
The letter sighted by bibinionline.com further informed the management of second-cycle institutions running the Transitional Calendar that SHS One (I) students are to continue with their vacation until their scheduled re-opening in June 2023.
The Service GES directed Regional Directors to ensure that Heads of Second Cycle Schools in their respective regions comply accordingly to facilitate a smooth running of the academic year.
“Regional Directors are by this letter directed to ensure that Heads of Second-Cycle Schools in their respective regions take note and comply accordingly to facilitate a smooth running of the academic year,” parts of the letter read.
