Gospel musician Empress Gifty has consoled her husband Hopeson Adorye after he announced his dismissal from office.
In the early hours of yesterday, the Ghanaian politician, Hopeson Adorye, disclosed that he has been sacked from his job with National Security.
Speaking about the reason for his dismissal in an interview on Onua FM, Mr. Adorye said that he lost his job mainly because of his staunch support for an NPP flagbearer hopeful, Alan Kyerematen.
“God will cater for us, we will eat, uncle (referring to the show host), God has got us. As we toiled in opposition for Akufo-Addo to come to power, we will do the same for Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen to come,” he said.
Reacting to the news of the sacking of her husband, the gospel musician shared a lovely video of herself and her husband and captioned it that although her husband may have lost his job, God will take care of them.
“God will provide for us (she wrote in the twi language) Nyame nti y3b3 didi.
The love of my life, she added.”
