Kumawood star and Tv personality Akrobeto has stated he priotizes his happiness over money.
Akrobeto jumped to the defense of Nana Ama McBrown after the latter was heavily criticized following her decision to leave Despite Media and join Media General.
According to Akrobeto “When I noticed another person apart from Abeokuta Santana has started hosting her show, I called her and she disclosed to me that she is going to work somewhere else over certain reasons”
He would continue by adding “you know this word, everyone have their way of life and thoughts. When it comes to me, whether there’s an offer or no offer, I don’t really need money like that. What I need is peace of mind and happiness”
As to what offers Akrobeto has received in the past with regards to Televison, we do not know but the actor has transitioned well into the NEWS space.
Meanwhile, the lady at the centre of it all Nana Ama McBrown earlier disclosed this week after her move to Media General revealed she no contract with her former employers thus was free to basically look elsewhere “I told my previous employers that I wanted to hold on from December. Let’s think of something new to do, that’s what I said to them. I was expecting them to call and say come let’s think about what is new. However, I don’t have a contract with anybody so if nobody is minding me, I have the right to move on…I am not here to explain much. This is me, I pray about every step I make, I don’t just move” and ended by stating she doesn’t bother herself about what’s out there on the lips of people as she has worked hard to earn a place with her new employers
