NDC’s Sammy Gyamfi gets married

Sammy Gyamfi, the national communications officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), on Wednesday (December 21) married his long-time fiancée, Irene Amankwah at a colourful traditional ceremony in Accra.

The marriage was scheduled for November but was postponed due to the NDC national delegates’ congress held at the Accra Sports Stadium last Saturday.

The ceremony was attended by high profile personalities including former president John Mahama, former chairman of the party, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo as well as the current chairman of the party, Johnson Asiedu Nketia.
