The Kotoka International Airport’s (KIA) VVIP Lounge will be temporarily closed for two weeks from today, Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration issued on Monday, January 30, made this announcement.
According to the Ministry, the objective of this new regulation is to make it possible for the lounge to be reorganised for effective travel and to adhere to international standards.
“While expressing apologies for any inconvenience the closure might cause, the Ministry encourages users of the lounge to patronize the Commercial Important Person (CIP) lounge and the Business Lounge at Terminal 3,” the statement said.
